Background
Carl Burger is a partner at Bisset Boehmke McBlain and has more than 34 years’ experience. He began his career in 1985 as a candidate attorney at Bisset Boehmke McBlain. In 1987, Carl was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer, and he was appointed as an associate at Bisset Boehmke McBlain. He became a partner at the firm in 1990.
Carl is an experienced conveyancer and was the convenor of the Western Cape examiners for the conveyancing examination for many years. He has acted for clients in a variety of sectors and industries, notably FNB (since it was still Barclays) and as a correspondent attorney for a host of “platteland” law firms.
