Background
Rifqah Omar is a partner at the firm and has more than 10 years’ experience. She began her career in 2007 as a candidate attorney at Bisset Boehmke McBlain. In 2009, she was admitted as an attorney and appointed as an associate at firm. She was promoted to senior associate in 2012 and became a partner at the firm in 2013.Rifqah has experience in general litigation with a specific focus on High Court litigation, professional discipline law and forensic investigations, curatorship applications and administration as well as administration of estates. She also handles family law, such as divorces and matters relating to children. She also has a special interest in Muslim personal law (family law and inheritance).
