BackgroundCallen was born and raised in Ballito and matriculated from Crawford International North Coast in 2017. He completed his BSocSci degree, majoring in Political Governance and Philosophy at the University of Cape Town. He thereafter obtained his postgraduate LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape.
