JUNIOR ESTATE ADMINISTRATOR VACANCY
Our firm currently has a vacancy for a Junior Estate Administrator. This is an ideal opportunity for a junior administrator seeking a full-time, on-site position within a professional environment. The successful candidate should be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
The role will require the successful candidate to attend to follow-ups at the Master’s Office, as well as assist with estate administration and related tasks within the office.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
- 1 year’s estate administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
- A professional, ethical, hardworking, and loyal individual with strong attention to detail.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work accurately with documents and maintain proper filing systems.
- Experience liaising with the Master’s Office, banks, SARS, and clients.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
