Background
Robert Ferrandi is an admitted notary and conveyancer and has more than 30 years’ experience at Bisset Boehmke McBlain. He began his career in 1982 as a candidate attorney. Robert was appointed as an associate at Bisset Boehmke McBlain in 1984 and became a partner at the firm in 1989. He has experience in property law and specialises in sectional title matters, developments, deceased estate transfers, servitudes, protected area legislation and contracts. Robert has acted for corporate clients, such as the City of Cape Town, CPUT, Nedbank, FNB Trust Services and Appletiser.
